Obtain a custom reservation
Purchase your custom reservation in our Hyena Cart store. Custom reservations may be available at stocking times, but not necessarily every stocking. Join our newsletter for advance notice of stocking dates.
Choose fabrics and closures
Browse our custom diaper fabric choices, and use your imagination to dream up the perfect custom diaper for you and your child. Feel free to contact us with any questions about designing your custom diaper; we're happy to help you find just what you're looking for!
*Please note* We cannot duplicate any trademarked or copyrighted image. If you would like an applique similar to an image you found somewhere, please let us know and we'll try to accommodate your request while remaining within the law.

Place your order
When it's your turn to order we'll email you with a link to a page created just for you. You may order any size, style, or fabric combination, plain or embellished, according to your custom reservation. Let us know if there's a specific fabric or design you're looking for; we're happy to help you create the custom diaper of your dreams!
Make a secure payment
Your special custom order page will allow you to make a secure PayPal payment. The original custom reservation payment will be applied toward shipping charges for first class shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available for an extra charge, just let us know. Our custom diaper payment policies are the same as for our instock products.
Check your order status
Each custom diaper order will be listed on the custom diaper list page so you can follow your order from beginning to end. In addition, feel free to contact us at any time for a specific report on the status of your custom diaper order.
Stalk the Mail Carrier!
Your custom diaper will arrive soon. We always ship with delivery confirmation, but to safeguard your privacy we no longer post delivery confirmation numbers on our site. Instead we will email you privately with your delivery confirmation numbers so you can track your order from our door to yours!

What Size?
We offer a wide variety of sizes to fit babies of any age, shapes or build. Please consider measurements as well as weight range when choosing a size. If your child has specific sizing needs we'll be happy to adjust the fit of your custom diaper!
How Much?
Our custom diapers cost the same as our instock diapers. Check out our pricing page for a complete price list. Remember, first class shipping with delivery confirmation has been covered with your reservation payment!
Returns?
We're confident that you'll love your custom diaper! If for some reason your order is not exactly what you imagined, please let us know. Our return policy specifies return procedures. We want you to be happy!
